1. Data we collect

Account email and authentication data; purchase-related identifiers needed to grant access; technical logs (IP, browser) for security and debugging; and support messages you send us.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Paddle collects and processes payment and billing data under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of purchase (e.g. email, transaction id) to provision access — we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use data

To create and secure your account, deliver the report, send access emails, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Contract performance (delivering access you bought), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and legal obligations where applicable.

5. Retention

We keep account and purchase records while your licence is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, dispute, and legal requirements.

6. Sharing

We use processors such as hosting (e.g. Vercel), authentication/database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), video delivery (Mux), and Paddle for checkout. They process data only to provide their services.
