Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Lumen Bake digital technical reports sold at lumenbake.com (“Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller and payments

Lumen Bake is operated by Glow Bake Tecnologia de Alimentos LTDA (CNPJ 65.678.244/0001-73), Rua José Martins Valente, 1031, Sarandi, PR, Brazil.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your payment contract for the purchase is with Paddle. Access to the report is provided by Lumen Bake after successful payment.

2. Product

Lumen Bake sells one-time digital access licences to industrial bakery technical reports (formulas, process guidance, quality control, related media, and PDF export tools). No physical goods are shipped.

3. Licence

Each purchase grants an individual licence for one natural person / one account. You may use the report for your own bakery production. You may not share login credentials, redistribute, resell, publish, or otherwise make the content available to third parties.

4. Account

After purchase you receive login credentials by email. You must keep credentials secure and change any temporary password promptly. We may suspend access for abuse or licence violations.

5. No professional warranty

Reports are technical documentation for trained professionals. Results depend on ingredients, equipment, and local conditions. Lumen Bake does not guarantee commercial outcomes and is not liable for production losses arising from use of the materials.

6. Refunds and digital delivery

The report is delivered in full upon unlock (complete documentation, media, and PDF). Before first access we ask you to confirm immediate delivery. Continuing means you expressly request full digital delivery and consent to start using the content; under applicable law that may end a statutory withdrawal right once performance has begun. Refunds otherwise follow our Refund Policy and Paddle’s Refund Policy (including the standard 14-day request window).
